General procedure: Ku-76 in the above reaction formula was synthesized as follows (a in the reaction formula).A THF solution (15 mL) of ethyl 2- (bis (2-isopropylphenoxy) phosphoryl) acetate (4.3 g, 10.7 mmol) was cooled to -78 degrees under an argon atmosphere, and Triton B (5.5 mL, 14.0 mmol) was added. .After stirring for 20 minutes, a THF solution (10 mL) of cinnamic aldehyde (1.32 g, 10.0 mmol) was added.After 1 hour, saturated aqueous ammonium chloride solution was added to the reaction, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (50 mL ¡Á 3).
